Composition: Each 1 gram contains:
Methenamine (Hexamine) 250 mg
PROPERTIES:
Methenamine is rapidly absorbed from the gastro-intestinal tract, and reaches the urinary tract unchanged hydrolysed into formaldehyde which acts as a strong antiseptic against uro-pathogens and as diuretic.
USES:
As astrong urinary –tract antiseptic for renal infections including nephritis,pyelonephritis and systitis.Diurectic, detoxifying,and antibleeding agent for cases sulpha-drug intoxication.Gumboro,and coccidiosis.
DOSAGE:
POULTRY: 200 gm metapeov per 200 litters of drinking water for 3-5 days.
PETS: 0.5- 1 gm per animal for one week.
RUMINANTS AND EQUINES: 1 gm/10 kg body weight for one week.
STORAGE: In a dry, cool, and dark place between 15-25 C.
PACKAGING: 500 gm, 1 kg.
