Composition: Each 1 gm contains
Doxycycline HCL. 200 mg
Colistin sulphate 500.000 I.U
Properties:
Doxycycline is board spectrum antibiotic which has high ability to penetrate into inflamed tissues, especially respiratory and nervous tissues, Colistin is highly effective against gram negative bacteria especially E Coli, Salmonella, Pseudonoas.
Uses :
Treatment of chronic respiratory disease (CRD). E-coli, Salmonella and Pasteurella infections. and synovitis and sinusitis caused by mycoplasma spp:. and against stress factors also .clostridium spp
DOSAGE :
POULTRY : 1 gm per 2 litres of drinking water for 4-5 days.
LARGE ANIMALS : 1 gm/10 kg of live body weight in drinking water for 4-5 days.
PRECAUTION : Doxycycline can be used in case of renal dysfunction ( with care)
WITHDRAWAL TIME : Meat for human consumption should not be used during treatment for 5 days from the last treatment .
STORAGE : in dry, cool, and dark place between 15 – 25 C.
PACKING: 100 gm, 1 kg.
